Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase; please note that perishable food items like coffee beans cannot be returned.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA form inside the box before shipping it back to our warehouse via a tracked service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to confirm they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
